The writ brings up for review a judgment in favor of the petitioner in a workmen’s compensation case. In the bureau the deputy commissioner found that the decedent met his death by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment and awarded compensation to his dependents. On appeal to the Somerset County Court of Common Pleas, the findings of the bureau were affirmed.
