The order appealed from denies a motion to vacate an order appointing a referee to take proof as to the fairness and equitableness of a plan of liquidation and reorganization of the Lawyers Title and Guaranty Company proposed by certain creditors and any other plans which might be submitted to him, together with any suggested modifications or amendments, and directing that the expenses thereof be charged against the assets of the company in liquidation.
