This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of defendants in error. The judgment of the court was rendered upon a verdict given in obedience to a directed verdict by the court. Plaintiff in error brought suit against the defendants in error for the sum of $4,500, alleging substantially that $300 in money was paid cash and an automobile of the value of $1,500 in part payment for three-quarters of a certain section of land in Deaf Smith county, under a written contract for the purchase of the land by plaintiff in error, of date May 5, 1913.
