The respondents, as executors of the last will and testament of James McTerney, deceased, commenced this action in replevin to recover possession 'of certain personal property which it alleged in their complaint belonged to said estate and was wrongfully withheld from them by .appellant. Appellant answered the complaint admitting the ownership of the property to be as alleged; denied that it wrongfully withheld the same; and as an affirmative defense set up a warehouseman’s lien under Comp.
