JiCIACCIO, Judge.

Defendant, Howard L. Williams, was charged by bill of information with two counts of simple burglary, violations of La. R.S. 14:62. He pleaded not guilty. The trial court found probable cause and denied the defendant’s motions to suppress the statement and evidence. After trial, a six-member jury found him guilty as charged on each count. The trial court sentenced defendant to serve six years at hard labor in the Department of Corrections on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
