RUSSON, Justice:

¶ 1 Floyd Hopkins appeals his convictions for (1) operating a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory; (2) possession of metham phetamine with intent to distribute; (3) possession of a controlled substance precursor; and (4) possession of drug paraphernalia. Hopkins asserts reversible error due to ineffective assistance of counsel, insufficiency of the evidence, and prosecutorial misconduct.
