Golebieski (Claimant) petitions for review of the January 27, 1993 order of the Public School Employees’ Retirement Board (Board) denying his request to purchase service credit for the period from August 1,1955 through September 7, 1960, and dismissing his appeal from the determination of the Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS).
