Wilson (hereinafter Claimant), as executor of the estate of Pearl Wilson (hereinafter Pearl), submitted, for personal services rendered, a claim against a trust created for the care and benefit of Florence C. Widau (hereinafter Florence). From a finding and judgment in favor of claimant, respondents-appellants Helen Smith, Norma Cavitt, Marion C. Cavitt, Mary Cavitt, Treon Young, administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Oldham Hall, and Richard C. McBride (hereinafter Respondents) bring this appeal.
