The action is brought to recover of the defendants as trustees of a stock corporation a debt of the corporation for which the defendants are liable because of the failure of the corporation to file the report' required by section 30 of the Stock Corporation Law (Laws of 1890, chap. 564, as amd. by Laws of 1892, chap. 688). The 1st and 2d paragraphs of each of the answers contain a denial of every allegation of the complaint.
