Appellees, Billie Jean Denny, surviving widow of R. L. Denny, deceased, and Robert Dale Denny, Donna Lee Denny and Deborah Faye Denny, surviving children of the said R. L. Denny, deceased, sought judgment as plaintiffs in the trial court against appellant, Plains Creamery, Inc. and Dale Johnson, a soldier, as defendants in the trial court for damages alleged to have been caused by the negligent acts of said defendants proximately causing the death of the said R.
