The writ of error in this personal injury suit of respondent, Miss Gladys L. Dickson, was granted in order to review her judgment against petitioner, Southwestern Greyhound Lines, Inc., (defendant below) in the light of petitioner’s assignments of error based on (a) improper argument of counsel for plaintiff-petitioner and (b) jury misconduct.
