Gary Theige appeals an order that permitted Vernon County to record a "correction deed to reform the deficiency" in the original tax deed by which the County had obtained title to Theige's property. The trial court had initially issued a memo randum decision in which it determined that the County's original tax deed was defective and "void on its face." Following that decision, Theige paid the delinquent taxes and interest due in an attempt to redeem the property.
