This suit was filed in the District Court of McLennan County, Texas, by D. A. Platt against E. C. Baughn, J. V. Cummins,. Southland Ice Company, Geyser Ice Company and Big Four Ice & Cold Storage Company, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from the negligence of the above named parties.
