Before the Court is Defendants Kansas City Public Schools', Brandon Craddock's, and Anne Wallace's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Doc. #69). For the following reasons, the motion is DENIED.
I. Background
Plaintiff K.W.P., an elementary schoolchild, sued Kansas City Public Schools ("KCPS"), Officer Brandon Craddock, and Principal Anne Wallace for violations of the U.S. Constitution and the Fourth and Fourteen Amendments under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
