The respondent, H. F. Atkinson, is one of the duly elected, qualified and acting Circuit Judges of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, embracing Dade County. There are three other judges in that circuit who have powers and jurisdiction equal and equivalent to that of the respondent as a Circuit Judge of the! Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
