These appeals challenge the power of the orphans’ court to vacate its appointment of a corporate trustee to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of an individual co-trustee of a testamentary trust.

William F. Stolzenbach, the decedent, died testate on December 12, 1940, naming his wife sole executrix of his estate. After payment of debts and funeral expenses, he gave the entire residue of his estate to his wife, Helen M. Stolzenbach, and Ms lawyer, A. Devoe P.
