Appellant appeals from the judgment entered on a jury verdict.

In early 1984, Santos Rodriguez (hereinafter “Mr. Rodriguez”) entered into a partnership agreement with appellant for the purpose of purchasing real estate for investment purposes. Under the agreement, Mr. Rodriguez was to locate the property, and appellant was to supply the funds needed to purchase and repair the property.
