¶ 1. This case is before the court on certification from the court of appeals following an order of the Circuit Court for Walworth County, James L. Carlson, Judge, which denied the appellant E & H Plastic Corporation's (E & H) motion to vacate a default judgment. The circuit court entered the default judgment against E&H for failure to answer the respondent J.L.
