THIS CAUSE came on for trial on October 6, 1987, upon the Complaint of Joseph and Nancy Leone (the plaintiffs) seeking a determination of the dischargeability of a specific debt, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), alleging actual fraud consisting primarily of misrepresentations made in connection with the sale of a piece of real property, and the Court having heard the testimony and examined the evidence presented, observed the candor and demeanor of the witnesses, considered the pleadings and…
