Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Clemente, J.), entered January 6, 2005 in Albany County, which granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to reinstate petitioner Randall R. Skrypek to the position of State Trooper with back pay.
