In February and March 1963, plaintiffs, Edward Frankiewicz and Stanley Chybinsky, were employed for a period of about four weeks at the Port Richmond Elevator Co., Inc., in Philadelphia. By a lease dated June 25, 1962, the Reading Company had leased to Port Richmond Elevator Company, Inc., all that certain grain elevator property, buildings, equipment, etc., described in said lease and a plan attached thereto for a term of three years from July 1, 1962.
