CLARK, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal by three creditors of Long Island Properties, Inc., from an order of the District Court, May 31, 1944, confirming a plan of reorganization submitted by the debtor’s trustee in reorganization proceedings under Bankruptcy Act, Ch. X, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. The three creditors, Country Life Apartments, Inc., Mast Corporation, and Alfred L. Lundin, were owners and holders of claims for mechanics liens, of general claims, and of the third mortgage, and, through purchase and assignment, had managed to obtain control of more than one-third of the amount of…
