Mr. Justice O’Brien,

Appellant, Signa Antonson, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, George T. Anton- son, filed wrongful death and survival actions in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. The action was tried before a judge and jury and, at the conclusion of the presentation of appellant’s evidence,. the trial court granted appellees’ motion for compulsory nonsuit. A motion to take off the nonsuit was filed and denied by the court en banc; this appeal followed.
