In these cases challenging the discharge-ability of claims on grounds of fraud, the Debtor contends that the issue is simply one of responsibility. He denies having read documents, including a residential loan application, that bear his signature. He denies having known that the loan broker submitted the residential loan application to a lender to obtain a loan.
