On February 2,1956, Evelyn Moran, widow of Harold Moran, deceased, and his two minor children filed a complaint under the Dramshop Act alleging injury to their means of support resulting from the intoxication of the deceased caused by liquor sold or given to him by defendant Christ Katsinas, as trustee under the Last Will and Testament of John Katsinas, deceased, the owner and operator of Katsinas’s Tavern in Champaign, Illinois.
