¶ 1. A jury sitting before the Neshoba County Circuit Court found Jamie Lee Anderson guilty of possession of methamphetamine. The circuit court sentenced Anderson to twelve years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC). Following unsuccessful post-trial motions, Anderson appeals and claims that the circuit court erred when it denied his pretrial motion to suppress evidence seized by the law enforcement officers who searched him and found methamphetamine in his possession.
