—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant contends that the evidence was legally insufficient to sustain his conviction of forgery in the second degree. We conclude that the People satisfied "the proof and burden requirements for every element of the crime charged” to sustain defendant’s conviction of forgery in the second degree (People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495). Defendant further contends that prosecutorial misconduct deprived him of a fair trial.
