The facts appear from the following opinion on preliminary objections, as follows:

Plaintiff filed a bill in equity alleging that on or about June 24, 1947, defendants and Martin and Snyder, the predecessors in title of plaintiff, entered into an agreement for the sale by defendants to Martin and Snyder of certain real estate and the buildings and equipment located thereon, which was operated by defendants as a livestock market, that is, the business of buying and selling livestock, as well as the good will of the business; that by the terms of the agreement of sale defendants…
