MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MURGUIA, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, loan originators for defendant First Horizon Home Loan Corporation (“First Horizon”), bring this lawsuit on behalf of themselves and other similarly situated employees and former employees under section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), to recover unpaid overtime compensation. Plaintiffs also assert state law claims for quantum meruit and violation of the Kansas Wage Payment Act.
