BYE, Circuit Judge.

James Poggemiller was convicted of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(D), carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 924(c)(1)(A), and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court 1 sentenced him to 168 months imprisonment. At issue in this appeal is whether the district court properly denied Poggemiller’s motion to suppress, concluding a search of his vehicle was permissible…
