McHUGH, Chief Justice:

This case is before this Court upon the appeal of Jane Weimer-Godwin (“the appellant”) from a final order of the Circuit Court of Upshur County, West Virginia (“the circuit court”) awarding her less than all of the relief requested in her education employee grievance claim against the Board of Education of the County of Ups-hur (“the Board”). Having reviewed the petition for appeal, the record and the briefs and oral argument of counsel, we affirm in part, reverse in part and remand with directions.
