KEM THOMPSON FROST, Justice.

We overrule “Appellees’ Further Motion for Rehearing.” We withdraw the opinion issued in this case on August 18, 2005, and we issue the following majority opinion on rehearing.

This appeal arises out of a dispute between two groups of attorneys as to entitlement to attorney’s fees in class-action litigation. Appellants/plaintiffs Thomas A.
