These are appeals of two actions arising out of the same circumstances. Both actions were tried together and they have been consolidated for the purpose of appeal. In case No. 7734, the appellants, LaForge Dastrup and Flora Das-trup, his wife, sought damages for the loss of their store and gasoline station at Altamont, Duchesne County, Utah, *255resulting from an explosion and fire occurring while the respondent Kenneth Thoresen, an employee of the respondent Allen Oil Company, was making a tanker delivery of gasoline to the Dastrup station.
