RAKER, Judge.

Maryland Rule 4-345 governs the power of Maryland trial courts to revise a sentence in a criminal case. Subsection (b) of the Rule allows a criminal defendant to seek a modification of sentence, but requires such a motion to be filed within 90 days of the imposition of that sentence.
