MEMORANDUM RULING

Currently pending before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment, whereby plaintiff seeks judgment in her favor on all claims, and defendant seeks judgment in its favor dismissing all claims. [Doc. Nos. 17, 22] For the following rea*724sons, plaintiffs motion [Doc. 22] is DENIED, and defendant’s motion [Doc. 17] is GRANTED.
