OPINION

JUNELL, Justice.

Adobe Resources Corporation and Rebel Oil Company appeal from a summary judgment rendered in their suit against New-mont Oil Company for breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of the operating agreement. Appellants bring one point of error challenging the trial court’s grant of summary judgment on the grounds asserted in the motion, including res judicata, collateral estoppel, limitations, full faith and credit, and choice of law.
