Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Beatrice Shainswit, J.), rendered May 11, 1982, convicting defendant after a jury trial of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him to concurrent, indeterminate terms of imprisonment of fifteen years to life and three and one-half to seven years, and an order of the same court, entered March 20, 1990, summarily denying defendant’s CPL article 440 motion to set aside the conviction, unanimously affirmed.
