Defendant was convicted of fatally shooting Jorge Orgando, known to the eyewitness, Mariano Ginel, as “Monstero”, oh February 21, 1993, at approximately 12:30 a.m. as Orgando sat in his car on 182nd Street near Crestón Avenue in the Bronx conversing with Ginel, a friend, who was standing between a parked car and Orgando’s double-parked car.
