A bill to establish a mechanic’s lien on the Palmolive Building. Palmolive Building Corporation, owner of the fee in the premises, and La Tour D ’Argent Corporation, were made defendants. The last named was defaulted for failure to file an appearance or answer. The special commissioner to whom the cause was referred filed a report finding that complainant was entitled to a mechanic’s lien upon the premises in the amount of $1,420, plus interest at the rate of five per cent per annum from November 7, 1929, but that it was not entitled to the overtime claimed in the bill.
