Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Frank P. Geraci, Jr., J.), rendered November 9, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

*1591It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law, the plea is vacated, that part of defendant’s omnibus motion seeking to suppress his statements to the police is granted in its entirety, and the matter is remitted to Monroe County Court for further proceedings.
