MEMORANDUM OPINION
RONALD S. BARLIANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
The United States Trustee has moved to convert or dismiss this confirmed chapter 11 case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b). The U.S. Trustee has requested that this case be converted to a case under chapter 7, rather than dismissed, so that a trustee can investigate the Debtor’s activities and determine whether it owns any assets “which could be liquidated for the benefit of creditors.” Memo, of U.S. Trustee, 2.
