The tract of fifty acres of land involved herein was duly platted by owners thereof in 1929. The land was located in the town of Mount Pleasant, three miles from the limits of the city of Racine, and the plat was approved by the town officials of Mount Pleasant on February 3, 1930, and by the city officials of Racine on January 7, 1930. It divided the land into sixteen blocks, with a total of two hundred sixty-nine lots.
