Pony Computer, Inc. (Pony) appeals the transfer of this diversity case from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio 2 to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Pony also appeals the district court’s 3 dismissal of three of its claims for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted, see Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), and the' adverse grant of summary judgment against it, see Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(c), regarding its remaining claims.
