The plaintiff moves to amend his summons and complaint by reducing the amount demanded to $234, with interest and costs. This part of the motion is granted.

The plaintiff also moves for judgment on the pleadings under rule 112 of the Rules of Civil Practice, and for summary judgment under rules 113 and 114, and pursuant to section 476 of the Civil Practice Act.
