Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Ulster County (Mizel, J.), entered July 27, 2009, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to adjudicate Victorious LL. to be a permanently neglected child, and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
Respondent is the father of Victorious LL., who was born in 2007. As stated in our prior decision in this matter, the child has been in petitioner’s custody since shortly after his birth, and his mother has surrendered her parental rights (Matter of Victorious LL. [Jonathan LL.], 74…
