This is a petition by a stockholder in the Liberty Investment Company, Limited, praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondents, who are respectively the secretary and treasurer of the corporation, to permit the petitioner and his agent to inspect and audit the books and records of the corporation. In the petition, after alleging the existence of irregularities in the books of account and certain acts of misconduct on the part of the respondent Williams, petitioner alleges that he is bona fide desirous of examining the books of the corporation to…
