Conviction in district court of Shelby county of selling intoxicating liquor; punishment, two years in the penitentiary.

Appellant has three bills of exception in the record which are discussed in his brief in inverse order. Bill of exceptions No. 3 complains of the state asking on cross-examination of defense witness Irish if it was not a fact that a complaint had been filed against him charging him with possessing intoxicating liquor.
