Affirming.

This action was filed by appellant (plaintiff) seeking damages in the sum of $25,000.00, for the destruction by fire of its property caused by sparks from appellee’s engines, it being alleged in the petition that both the ap*162pellant and appellee are corporations of the state of Kentucky.
