Reversing.

One point urged for a reversal of the judgment appealed is that the order overruling the defendant’s petition to remove the case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky is erroneous.

The petition in equity of the appellee, James Rhymer, states that he is a citizen of Bell county, Ky., and that the defendant, Federal Life Insurance Company, is an Illinois corporation, with its principal place of business in Chicago.
