Layton v. Ogonoski

This is an appeal from a judgment rendered against appellant in the city court of Bast St. Louis for personal injuries sustained by appellee in a collision between a car in which appellee was riding and an automobile driven by the appellant’s son.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Missouri Avenue and Eighth Street in the business portion of Bast St. Louis. Missouri Avenue extends, east and west and is about 39 feet wide, and Eighth and Ninth Streets intersect Missouri Avenue, Eighth Street being about 30 feet wide.
